So I have been battling degenerative disc in L4,L5, S-1 for about 22 years now. Over that time I have had many injections as well as epidural injections.. I have PTSD from some of them. I stopped getting them because they were so scary and painful. Dr Kimes listened so patiently when I was crying to him about my fear. He asked if I believed in God to which I replied YES. He said I do too. I know he has your back and I DEFINITELY KNOW HE HAS MINE. He then said I don’t mean to brag, but I have gotten REALLY GOOD AT THIS! People tell me it’s their best experience with injections. I felt much better, and dried my tears, put my big girl pants on and went in with a new attitude. He did AMAZING, so gentle, talked me through the whole procedure and I have renewed faith in the process! He and his staff are AMAZING! I also feel I need to add that with Covid going on, I have never even seen another patient, they have never made me wait, and I am in and out in an appropriate amount of time! He takes his time with me and makes me feel like I am the only patient he has that day. I have been to other practices where I felt they didn’t look at me or check in with me, just “ Hi, everything ok with your treatment? Ok thanks see you next time! But here, not only is social distance high priority, but they are always on time! The front office has to deal with a LOT of different issues, personalities, attitudes and patients being rude to them. It’s a really difficult job and maybe having some compassion for them is nice when we want people to have it for us. It’s very important for patients to be on time so that they can stay on time. If they let everyone’s tardiness slide, we would all being paying for it with time! Respect gains respect! They are great I highly recommend Roswell Pain!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimes for over a year. He has performed multiple procedures for pain and I have been under his care for the BIO-T hormone replacement. From the minute I met him I felt at home. My husband is a doctor so bedside manner and a non-rushed appointment is important to me. He is the first doctor I have ever written a thank you note to after my initial visit. I knew we would be a team to get my issues under control. If you are compliant with his plan you WILL get better. His PA Will is amazing and I adore the office staff. I always feel that I am the only patient on their schedule every time I am there. Can't say enough about Dr. Kimes, his people and his practice.

Love Dr. Kimes, he's efficient and quick but at the same time can really take the time with you if you need it. He definitely cares about his patients and is very genuine and straight forward. Staff is great too
